Built for the floor, not the office
FortyCovers was born inside a real restaurant, built by someone who works service. Floor staff get a cover counter with one big number and six buttons; owners see what’s costing them most at the top of the page, not a hundred charts.
It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Nothing to install, and switching devices changes nothing.
Every number says where it comes from
Next to each figure FortyCovers says whether it was measured by the system, entered by you or estimated. If a number is missing, the software tells you instead of making it up.
Pricing
The Sala plan is €59 a month and includes website, bookings, floor plan and automatic emails. The Locale plan, €99 a month, adds food cost, P&L, rotas, stock and the control centre. From the third site it drops to €79 per location. Setup is a one-off €490: we install everything. Prices exclude VAT, no commission on covers, no contract.
Frequently asked questions
Does it replace my till or POS?
No. Your till keeps issuing receipts. FortyCovers works alongside it, covering bookings, floor, costs and staff, so you know how much of what you took is left.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser on phone, tablet and computer. We do the setup, including drawing your floor plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no penalty and no notice period. Your data stays yours and we export it whenever you ask.
